Saaiill Plus Soreni Equals Raellia

After writing a political parody that is posted under the Raellia tag, I was strongly impressed that it was connected with a figure in history that I wrote about LONG ago. So now, you get to go behind the scenes and witness the final product as it comes.

This so often happens when it comes to the actual worldly part of my world. I'll write about two separate things and suddenly it's like they were meant to go together. It happened with Catarika and Rakia, and I'm pretty sure it's happening here.

Let's take exhibit A: a man named Saaiill. He goes back to my very, very early days of RCT, when I was first starting to turn it into a role-play game. In one of my parks (Bumbly Beach, actually) I built a "jail" and put some peeps in. I mean, who DOESN'T do that on RCT? One of these fine fellows was a man named Saaiill Tarpenno (that's pronounced sigh-YEEL to you...). He was a Catin man (but it turns out he has a Kiillra name) and was jailed for something. I even remember drawing him once- he had a lot of piercings and brown hair in spikes all over his head. He came about during the time that I was fascinated with gangs.

Now, Saaiill must have done something to really piss off the Catin race, or at least the Catin government. I mean, even today people use Saaiill's name as a sort of swear word, somewhere along the lines of "Aii, Saaiillia!!" It's not such a bad word that it is censored, and taking Saaiill's name in vain isn't bad in the slightest; it translates most accurately to "Oh man!" or "Holy cow!" or "Oh my goodness..."

Now, somehow (and this has been confirmed with my Sarban post), Saaiill ended up very far away from Catarika and into a group of islands. The people there spoke a very tonal language like Chinese or something and his name was pronounced, and evolved into, Rael. Somehow, he founded the country of Raellia and the language of this people became known as Raellian. The other islands became their own countries and together this very large mass of islands became known as "The Raellians." At first there were six countries but now there are more. The main ones are Raellia, Lihana, Icenchinga Land, Breuislah, Ibraxni, and Aktoleezy.

OK, on to Exhibit B: I wrote a parody about what I feel will happen in a society where women are treated as a burden and cast out, combined with a society focused more on money and a career than a family. This was the country of Soreni. While I never fully finished it, I had written enough to realize what would be this country's ultimate fate. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that Soreni had to be among the Raellians, or very close by. Basically, a few people escaped from the hands of the Soreni government and today there are no pure-blooded Soreni. Many family lines come close, but it was mixed in with the Raellians. Their race is unmistakable (not sure exactly how... I do know they had pointed ears like no other people) and characteristics of this old race is visible in several areas and provinces.

So by now I realized that Saaiill somehow managed to help the fleeing Soreni integrate into Raellia and beyond. How, I'm not sure. I'll need to think this one through. I mean, originally Saaiill ended up getting a space ship and flying to the planet next to Yellow Moon where his gang would continually war with Katy Lou's "Yellow Mafia" that inhabited Yellow Moon. Hmm...
