Fast Facts

• Zaichi is only the 3rd person in Rakia's history to be a Man of Osai. He is not related to Teqa Niahan in any way either. Teqa is a Migali, and Zaichi is a Res!
  
• Zaichi has pure Res blood from a very distant female relative who was documented in the very early 1800's. He is generally known for being the Osanokai most distant from any of the pure blood lines, since his country is so isolated from Catarika.
• He is an only child and the son of Kala Kere and Qo San Tua.
• In addition to being a small part Catin he is also a fairly large part Tellish, although he certainly looks fully Rakian from appearance.
• He stands at 6'8'' which is actually on the shorter side of average for Rakian men.
• Because of the isolation and lack of general knowledge about Osai Naori, Teqa Niahan was shown exactly where to go to find his pair. Zaichi was discovered at the age of 7 in 1990 after Teqa Niahan came to their town to visit and explain Osai to them. The Kere parents knew in their hearts he was speaking about their son and this was confirmed almost immediately.
• Zaichi used his newfound powers to try and better himself. There was a sort of cave in their yard which he would hide in at night and just ponder things.
• He felt led to become a doctor so he applied for college in Qopara and made it into the medical program.
• He married the love of his life, Ai Hsa Bao, in 2002. They have two children, Iban Kere (2009) and Iyel Kere (2011). They hope to have many more in the years to come.
• He currently works at Qopara Medical Center where he is an ER doctor. His ability to understand a vast array of medical issues has gotten him national recognition.
• He and Teqa Niahan visit weekly and enjoy playing golf or basketball.

A Short Description

The other Osanokai of Rakia, the one somewhat lesser known because of his young age, is Dr. Zaichi Kere, a humble and yet very powerful and skilled ER technician in Qopara, in the very south of the country. Standing at an impressive and intimidating 6'8'' he is considered short by Rakian standards but incredibly tall for the rest of the world. With eyes of smoke and a countenance of darkness he quietly goes about his business. He is very kind and easy to get along with and seems to know a lot about many things and is very thorough when he answers questions. When an emergency arises he springs into action, his eyes glowing as he receives the correct facts and flashes of other information that Osai gives to him. With a deep breath he is a completely different person and is able to react extremely quickly to what is going on and help make things right as they should be.
