Gary and Karin

Today, at 5:35pm, Garrett James Charles and Karin Faline Lesko were married in Kalta. Two become one.

Gary and Karin met in 2007 in the Junior Kennywood Symphony Orchestra. Karin was a senior at Brassington High School and, at the encouragement of her band director, tried out and made it on 2nd Oboe. A large and relatively unknown group of excellent musicans from Brassington High School suddenly made an appearence at such groups and Karin was a part of the crowd. Gary was in college but was invited back to help coach the horns and sat in many times. There he met Ambrose, the "leader" of the Brassington group, who then in turn introduced Gary to the BHS musicians who were now a part of the orchestra. He met Karin and the two of them got along very well.

They started dating a couple months later and then got serious a few months after that. Gary proposed sometime early in the year and they chose to get married in Kalta, which is Gary's homeland and one of the most beautiful cities in the country. As their family and friends looked on they shared the kiss that bound them together.

Gary and Karin live in Kennywood and attend KU, where Gary is a junior and Karin is a sophomore. They both play mellophone in marching band and are majors in music education. They are both active in the various bands and orchestras on campus, where Gary plays the horn and Karin plays the oboe. The two of them enjoy everything together and love to be with friends. We wish them the best. <3 href="http://www.tickerfactory.com/">
