Facts about Dr. Sorela
(Specifically his uniqueness in his Great Catin Gifts)

• Silanu Ravosilu Sorela is the only person in the entire history of the world to have both Terabi Tana AND Osai Naori. This means that nobody like him came before him and nobody like him will come after him. This is the only shot of a carnal representation of the friendship of Terabi and Osai. How privileged that we know him RIGHT NOW and that he's "very young."
• He has the honor of knowing exactly when he will die. Don't worry, it won't happen until the year 2249, at the ripe old age of 300.
• At the time of this post, he is 61 years old and has another 238 and a half years left.
• Think about it- if he died today, his birthday would be April 21, 1711. That's before America was even a country!
• He is the only person to triumph over the Curse of the Realm, which he was afflicted with all of his young life until he was 14 years old.
• He is also the only person besides Terabi to actually defeat, slay, and kill a beast of evil in the Realm. He was able to do this because he had Osai Naori, making him able to withstand 3 times the normal attack power. This also makes him unable to die or be killed. The beast was weakened as it kept trying to kill him, and in the final moments before Sorela was going to be utterly destroyed Terabi appeared with a new Blade of Lovelight which Sorela took and thrust into the beast's soul with all of his remaining might. This caused his carnal body to become overrun with dark energy which burned him from the inside out, creating a large scar in the shape of a clawed hand slashing his chest.
• Sorela wears his black clothing, long robes, and long hair to hide the burns that are over the majority of his chest, neck, and right arm. It also spreads down his thighs and along his back. He only shows parts of his burns (on his wrist) to people who have a certain aura and has only shown his chest in its entirety to his family and his best friend, Kenyon Nihael.
• Before this violent initiation which shattered history as anyone knew it, Sorela was a very twitchy and jumpy child who appeared crazy and often staggered around alone in the woods or along the coast. Afterwards, he obtained the poetic, fluid movement and particular speech that he is so famous for today.
• It took him only 3 months to completely heal from his 3rd degree burns. He was cared for at the home of Isli Loch and Meiro Freloch and treated with potions that made him heal into flexible scars. This home was built and inhabited by none other than Mera Visi almost 1000 years ago.
• Despite not having many opportunities to save people from the Realm firsthand, he is very actively in the Realm, usually at night, and has fought in several great battles worthy of books. He is an asset to the Realm and is not the typical quiet person people know in the world.
• Having the power to sense auras in addition to foreseeing at the same time is something many are envious of. How cool would that be!
