She's arrived!! We didn't think she would be born any time soon as she's been stubborn and not wanting to come out but she's here! It's been a long night and I apologize for not updating sooner but you gotta give a guy a break, she's my first child, after all!
Shortly after my brother left to do an ILEN concert in Weston Cameron really started to think that things were heading in the right direction. The 14th was Jeffrey Peak's birthday and I spent it in the hospital with my lovely wife who was in pain but still smiling. I gave him a call early on and wished him a happy birthday and joked that a present from me might just be a god-daughter. Well, just after 4 in the afternoon things really started moving right along and I wanted to be there to hold Cameron's hand and help her to feel at peace as our first child entered the world. I'm very pleased to say that at 5:15 on June the 14th, 2011, our baby daughter was finally brought into the world! She's very healthy and has lots of black hair and is quite large! She looks a lot like her mother from this first day's observance but she has my eyes! It's now time for the formal announcement I suppose! Oja and Cameron Diamond are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter

on one June the 14th, 2011. We both saw this name, revealed to us by Osai, and just knew it would be perfect for her. Currently, my whole family as well as Cameron's are here, and the rest of the member s of ILEN are here as well, and Jeffrey and Michaela even came up to pay us a visit. We have lots of people to hold Marina and meet her for the first time. I'm so excited to begin life a a father! Would you believe it... my turn to be a father is here! Good thing I have my brother and two older sisters to go to for advice! I'm so happy today!

Cobra and Haven Vice Welcome Baby Boy
I sit here in total shock, wonder, and amazement. I knew there was a chance that my baby could be born on that day, that very special day. When morning came I just knew in my heart that this was it and that another chapter in this amazing story would be written. On this day 7 February 1980 my cousin Cedric was born. Exactly 11 years later on 7 February 1991 I was born. Last year on this day Cedric was still here with us. He passed away a week later in the very early hours of the morning, a week after his 30th birthday. From his death there came new life as Cobra and I got married and a few months later I found out that I was indeed expecting a child, a new life to add to this small world that had been so recently touched by death. With shaking hands I did the math and realized that the due date was in that first week of February. If my baby was born on the 7th, I knew that Cedric had sent this child down, with a piece of himself, to let him live the life that he could not in his broken body. That was why we chose to give this baby a name similar to his.
Well, today is 7 February 2011 and tonight I sit here, a sleeping baby BOY next to me, born earlier today. Tears are streaming down our faces as we realize that my SON too shares that special birthday with me and Cedric. He looks just like him. I cannot believe my mind. This child is truly a gift and how happy I am.

Robin and Ada Coulter Welcome Baby Girl!
Hello all, this is Robin here. Sorry it's been SO LONG since I updated my blog... I keep putting it off and then things got really hectic around here!
Yes we did it. We bought a small area of land in the new Greenhill subdivision and build a house. It was really emotional for both of us because... it's our very first house. I have never lived in a house, always an apartment. We were looking for a house when I was very young but then my dad died of cancer and so we moved across the country and moved into an apartment next to the grandparents and lived there until I moved out and then of course I lived in an apartment here while I was going to school. Ada's parents are both from Raellia and an apartment was just what they needed and wanted so Ada has always lived in an apartment too.
It's all finished and ready! Oh it's so nice! Nothing too big and total Raellian style inside. It has a girl's room and boy's room and a nice master suite for us plus a unique split bathroom if we go have a boy and a girl. It of course has a huge game room for the nerd parties that we hold, being the geeks that we are. We moved in right in the middle of July and gave my previous apartment to my brother John who has moved out here with me. We have a yard here and it's so weird to actually own a home. Milton and Chandler of course love the yard. Ha ha.
OK so anyway those who know us know that I fell in love and was married within about 5 months, yes? And it's been a joke that everyone knows but yes Ada became pregnant on our wedding night. Well we've been gaming away when about a week ago preterm labor started happening. Oh crap! Luckily it wasn't bad enough to really do anything about so we went back to our gaming and she was instructed to take it easy. lol.
Well fast forward to Tuesday night when things started back up and pretty hard. We didn't really know what to do but had out suitcases ready just in case. Well... fast forward some more and after trying to take her mind off it things suddenly jumped into full gear. She was having this baby! We got to the hospital expecting to be sent home but no they admitted her. Whoa whoa I was going to be a father! It hadn't hit me yet but it hit me! Over the next few hours things were going even more and then at 9:49pm on August 11, 2010, she was born.
It's a girl! A girl!! Lovely black hair and beautiful Raellian eyes! She definitely looks all Raellian! We thought we had her name picked out but we decided to change her middle name, yes, to compliment Ada's avatar. It was just the right thing and it flows so well! So please welcome

Augustus and Addy Kye Welcome Two Boys!
Augustus Kye, the drummer for the band ILEN, and his wife Harriet welcomed their identical twin boys into the world today! She arrived at the hospital early in the morning and as the day progressed she knew it was the day!
Jay Evan Kye arrived first weighing in at 7 pounds. He surprised everyone with his full head of black hair just like his father! In less than 4 minutes, Glenn Mikel Kye arrived weighing just under 5 pounds. Despite the worry about his health he arrived kicking and screaming! He is much smaller than his twin brother and will be carefully monitored but currently both boys are doing well.
Much of their family has gathered to meet the brand new twins!

Jag and Olive Lightfoot Welcome Twins!
Wow! Today was the big day for Jag and Olive! At 12:13 and 12:22 in the wee hours of April 6th, a girl and a boy were born!
The baby girl, who looks just like her mommy, was named Aura Leyara Lightfoot. She has beautiful black hair and lovely round eyes. Her middle name is that of Olive's mother who passed on before they made the journey from Rakia to Isle Del Akai.
The baby boy came just 9 minutes later, looking also like his mommy but a little more like his daddy. He was named Orion Blackbear-Kaio Lightfoot. His middle name comes from Jag's diving partner and dear friend, Blackbear Kye Moonset, who passed away last year from the illness he battled so hard to overcome.
They arrive healthy and were both very tall, a sure sign that they inherited mostly Rakian blood. Olive is completely Rakian and Jag is about 50%. They will remain at the hospital until later, after they all get some much needed sleep. Olive's father, Emerald, has flown down to be with his daughter and new grandbabies. Jag's family is on their way by train and should arrive very soon.
The couple plans to finish the semester out and then return to the Lost Islands. Jag is transferring to Kesly Coastal University where he will continue his degree in Vocal Performance and Music Education. They are very excited to start their own journey as parents.

Eagle and Winterwood Rivers Welcome Baby Boy!

With the baby due on March 1st it was very likely that he would be born on or between his parents' birthdays. Sure enough, he was! This son, who Eagle walked with in the spirit world when he died for five minutes a little over a year ago, told Eagle as he was going back to life that he was his son and even told him his name. Lesko and Avicile Mohaili Diamond Welcome Baby Boy!!
Hello all!! I hope everyone is enjoying their winter break! I am so excited that I get to finally announce the arrival of our baby boy! What's even better is now we can finally announce his name!
Sterling Kelso Diamond
was born on December 31, 2009, at 11:59 AM weighing 7 pounds 10 ounces! He has a full head of jet black hair and I can already tell he has his daddy's eyes. :) After just a short time he was just quietly observing the world and taking it all in. I wonder what this all means for the future :)
It all started last night. Poor Avicile could hardly get any sleep between contractions and the baby kicking her. She kept asking if everything was packed and thankfully it was. Oja and Cameron are staying with us until they go back to school next month. We were up pretty early the next morning and at about 7:30 Avicile stood up saying, "Man I wish this baby would just hurry on up!" At that very moment her water broke. Haha, she got her wish!
It was madness from that point on. Just the other day we were joking about having a new years baby and here he was! Oja kindly drove us all to the hospital where we were later met by Eric and Rebecca, my parents and siblings, and Avicile's family. Once there we got right to a room. Things went kind of slow from there and we took lots of walks around the wing. Surprisingly, Avicile was quite comfortable and was even laughing and chatting with everyone.
At about 11:00 things really started to move. It became too painful to walk so she went back to the bed to prepare to have this baby! It was just me and the doctors in the room with her but everyone else could see from outside. At that moment, as I looked into her eyes, I realized that I was going to become a daddy. It was so surreal. I was a father!
Things progressed well and finally it was time! I looked and the only thing I could say was "Black hair!! Black hair!!!" With one finall pull he was out and ready to see the world. Within a minute he was handed over to the proud mommy for a couple minutes. He stopped crying and looked right into her eyes. True love. :) My goodness does he look like me! He looks just like me as a baby, but with black hair, and yet he looks like Avicile too. I think he has her nose. :)
He was then taken to be weighed and all that. 7 pounds 10 ounces! Wow! He was 21 inches long however. I think he'll be built like me! ;) He has all of his fingers and toes and looks completely healthy. He had his bloodwork done which he didn't like too much and per our request he is being tested for the genetic defect in which I have that has a 25% chance of being passed on. Through intuition we are certain that he has it, but this way we will know for sure. After all that he was handed to me and then it all hit me again.
I'm a father! This is Sterling, my son! He's absolutely beautiful! Avicile was taken in for post term care and to get some much needed sleep while I just marveled at my son. I can't help but think what life has in store for him. :) All of his grandparents and aunts and uncles took their turns holding him and right now Sterling is sleeping comfortably near his mommy. What a day!
And mom and dad, you're now grandparents! What ever will you do?? :D
We're set to go home late tonight or early tomorrow morning. I'm so excited to start this chapter of our life!

Brady and Rosie Summers Welcome Baby Girl!!!!
Today Rosemary went to the hospital early to finally have this baby! At 10:07 in the morning on November 9, 2009, a baby girl arrived! She is very healthy and has quite a loud cry and was just the right size. She has light brown hair and weighed 8 pounds even. Her name is....

Rosie is doing well and she and Brady are enjoying getting settled into their roles as parents. Brady's grandmother as well as Rosie's parents and brother, Sage, were all there to welcome this new baby into the world and to help get everything ready. Rasmus and Melissa Bradshaw Welcome Baby Boy
Just 6 weeks ago Melissa was admitted to strict bedrest, as her little baby wanted to be born too soon. Today, at exactly 24 weeks, little Eric Finlay Bradshaw was born.
Because they knew of his likely early arrival they were prepared and he is currently doing well! He is very small and weighs about a pound and will be in the hospital for a very long time but the young couple is prepared to take on all the challenges and are optimistic that he will live and be strong.
He was due in mid-February... He was born on Halloween!

Fury and Jen Blackwood Welcome 4th Child
Fury may have just been introduced to the World of V. Richlin, but he was introduced along with a beautiful, and very pregnant, wife. Like I said before, Fury has three children with another one on the way, and I am pleased to announce that the wait is no more!
It's a boy!!!!
Seth Ardin Blackwood was born at 12:07 on Saturday, September 12 weighing 7.5 pounds and 19 inches long. He is totally healthy and can leave for home very soon. His brother and sisters are very excited about their new baby brother and are eager to help.

Elvin and Skyra Stream are pleased to announce the arrival of:
Born at 7:02am on September 6, 2009! Weighing in at 8 lbs and 20 inches long :)
After an eventless week (Skyra was due Sep 1) things finally started moving forward Saturday night. It soon became apparent that sleep was impossible and that this was it! Rosie and Brady kindly have stayed the night at their house for the past two nights and volunteered to stay with Meredith.
Finally, early in the morning, the big moment arrived. They already knew they were having a girl and had a name picked out but kept it a secret. Upon first sight, Annie has light brown hair, as opposed to Meredith's black hair, and actually looks quite a bit like Meredith. Her eyes are the same and she has the same cute button nose. She is quite chunky at the moment, but will probably be tall like her mother.
Meredith was brought in not long after the birth and is getting acquainted with her little sister. The parents of both families are on their way over from opposite sides of the country and should be here this evening to meet their little granddaughter.
As Rosie is 30 weeks along herself, the doctors had quite a laugh as she carried Meredith in. She'll be in this seat sometime in November!
