Full Name: Daniel Ryan Battistone
Birthday: May 4, 2001
Nationality: Kiillaanian
Birth City: Fosse, Allotonia
Bloodline: Migali
Current City: Fosse, Allotonia
Title: (Unknown at this time)

Fast Facts
  • Daniel Battistone is the son of Eugene Battistone and Laura Eyre. He has 3 siblings- Eugene R. Battistone II (1998), Maria Battistone (1999), and Dean Battistone (2003).
  • He lives just at the base of the mountains and lives on a large farm.
  • Like Ashton Caleb Roland, Daniel was discovered by his valiant tirelessness. From a very young age he was out in the fields harvesting crops, weeding the fields, tending to what animals he could, or just walking among the rolling fields and thick groves of trees. He also, like the rest of his family, loved the flora of his homeland.
  • He was discovered in 2009, almost immediately after Eugene and Laura were exploring their genealogy and realized that they both have Migali blood. This got them into figuring out the significance of that and led them to Osai Naori. Upon reading about it, they were absolutely certain that their Daniel had it. They got into contact with the "gift-caller" of their area and brought Daniel. He quietly looked right into his father's eyes and as the Aikada called forth the mark, it glowed brightly. All he could do was quietly smile and remark "Daddy I knew this long before you did. I thought everyone was like this! Am I special?"
  • Armed with this knowledge he is now a very strong hand on the ranch. Even at just 9 years old he is up building houses, tending the horses and chickens, harvesting and tending to the fields, and helping to landscape his home and others.
  • He is very quiet, even among his family, but is very loving with a tender heart.
  • His favorite place to ponder and rest is not just in the quiet grove of trees by his house but among the branches of his favored tree.
  • He was the youngest Osanokai for a year and a half until the discovery of his pair, which he foresaw along with every other Osanokai.
A Short Description

Much is not yet known about this very young Man of Osai, but Daniel Battistone is fully aware of his gift and has set off to do great things. Being a Migali through both sides of his family, though pretty far back, he identifies with the farmer role taken by men such as Ashton Caleb Roland and Kaitano Kitala. He has met all of the Kiillaanian Men of Osai except Elstan Wade Taylor, his pair, who was not yet discovered. In fact, it was around that meeting that pieces of vision were given to all of the Osanokai, Daniel included, that they would piece together and eventually find him when he was discovered.

Daniel is a very dark but kind soul and as he ages into maturity he will no doubt become widely known and has foreseen himself traveling all over the world to visit with those given the same rare gift as him.

A Gathering

This past weekend, from Thursday to Saturday, a very special event took place. Organized by S. R. Sorela and sponsored by his son, a gathering of the Kiillaanian Men of Osai took place in Dahhod.

The three beautiful days were filled with meals at large tables, talk and merriment, dancing, fun and games, walks through the beautiful Maple Forest, meditation at the river's edge, and greetings for many who had not met before.

"Not in many years has there been such a wonderful gathering," commented Sorela, "It was a great time to see old friends as well as meet the younger generation. The last meeting of this level was over twenty five years ago."

In attendance were Ilonwyn Lochmont, Kaitano Kitala, Midnight Fastbird, S.R. Sorela, Thomas Keery, Oja Diamond, Jeffrey Peak, and Daniel Battistone of Kiillaana; Teqa Niahan of Rakia; and Zabi Mohola and Drakon Visai of Catarika. The 11 men enjoyed sharing about their lives and how Osai used them to help others and also just enjoyed seeing each other face to face and canting with each other.
